Pre-Race Volunteer Meeting, Monday, April 26 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM American German Club of the Palm Beaches 5111 Lantana Rd Lake Worth, FL 33463 T-shirt pickup & assignment confirmation!! Remember to wear your t-shirt on Race Day!!

Location & Directions: I-95 to Lantana Road, Exit 61. Travel WEST to entrance on north side of Lantana road just west of Haverhill Road, between Military Trail & Jog Road.

Please choose an area below that you could help with on race day and at the pre-race events.

PRE-RACE:
Distribute flyers at races prior to the race
Present video at PTA meetings about the race

Set up : Friday before the race (6 people) and Saturday morning at 5:00 AM
(I know this one looks early, but we need a lot of help setting up tables and tents-15)

RACE DAY:

On-Site Registration and t-shirt distribution: (12 people)

Food Distribution (Bagels and Donuts): (6 people)

Stage Area: (4 people)

Barricade Areas: (Need lots of bodies, even students, great for service hours!!) (5 at turn around, one adult at each barricade- total of 30)

Water Stations: (Need lots of bodies here, too)-(Lions Club, Volunteer Dept., Boy Scouts, High School of the Arts)

Donation Table: (3 people)

Friday May 8th from 10:00 until 3:00 to set up

Sat May 9th from 10:30-12:30 for break down

Runners Shoot to help tear race tags and to keep ruuners in line.(6 people)
